Our Rates Rates are based upon the number of occupants per night: Daily rates 2/$175, 4/$200, 6/$225, 8/$250, 10/$275 , plus tax Weekly rates (Weekly Rates reflect the last night as free) Five-Night Week: 2/$700, 4/$800, 6/$900, 8/$1000, 10/ $1100, plus tax Seven-Night Week 2/$1050, 4/$1200, 6/$1350, 8/$1500, 10/ $1650, plus tax Holidays Holiday weekend rates are an additional $25 per night. Pets Housebroken Pets are welcome. There is an additional fee for pets; $25 per weekend or $50 per week. Rental Agreement A rental agreement must be completed and your reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit that is one-half the total and may be paid by personal check. The balance will be collected upon arrival.
